Lexical Analyser is a lexical analysis engine which takes a Sanskrit word as input, performs grammatical and lexical analysis of the same and outputs the result. Note: We are continuing to add more rules to this analyser; so, you may occasionally experience incomplete behaviour.
How to use? Input a word using
ITRANS schema in the
Word To Analyse (ITRANS) field and
click on
Analyse Word. To analyse multiple words, separate the words using
blank-space, or coma (,) or semicolon (;) characters. At present the analyser supports below constructs.
- धातुरूप, भ्वादिगण, परस्मैपदी (dhaaturuupa, bhvaadigaNa, parasmaipadii)
- कृत् प्र्यत्य (kRRit pryatya) - ल्युट् / lyuT, अनीयर् / aniiyar, तव्यत् / tavyat, तुमुन् / tumun, क्तवतु / ktavatu, ल्यप् / lyap, क्त्वाच् / ktvaach, शानच् / shaanach and यत् / yat.
Usage Example: The input word "paThitum" (पठितुम्) will analyse the word and output it as a "तुमुन् प्रत्यय / tumun pratyaya" form.
